First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from Housecall Pro. If you still do not see it, contact Thermal Comfort so we can confirm your email address on file and resend the secure link.
No. The customer portal uses a one-time magic link for each login. This means you do not have to remember a password, and your access link will expire after a period of time for security.
In many cases, you will schedule new appointments through our online booking page or by contacting us directly. If online booking is enabled in your customer portal, you may also see options there to request or book a visit.
Yes, if online payments are enabled on your account, you can view and pay invoices directly through the portal. In some cases, you may also be able to add, update, or remove a card on file when payments are processed through Housecall Pro.
Not at this time. Customers with a Comfort Shield Maintenance Plan cannot schedule or reschedule their own maintenance visits through the customer portal. All maintenance appointments are scheduled directly by Thermal Comfort to ensure they are completed during the correct season and in the proper sequence. If you need to update your maintenance visit, please contact us and we will gladly help.
