Why Thermal Comfort Was Built

Every company has a story. Some begin because someone sees a business opportunity. Others begin because someone wants to be their own boss. Thermal Comfort was built for a different reason.

After spending nearly eighteen years in the HVAC industry, I had the opportunity to work in almost every role. I started in customer service, moved into customer service management, became an HVAC technician, served as a trainer, worked as a field supervisor, and ultimately became a service manager.

Each role gave me a different perspective on our industry, but more importantly, it taught me something that has shaped the way I do business today.

Trust is everything.

Over the years, I found myself asking a simple question:

If I were the homeowner, what kind of HVAC company would I want to invite into my own home?

The answer was not complicated.

I would want a company that explained things clearly. A company that recommended what was actually needed instead of what produced the biggest sale. A company that respected my home, my time, and my ability to make informed decisions.

Most importantly, I would want a company I could trust.

So I decided to build that company.

Not because I believed I could do everything differently, but because I believed some things should never change.
